Outdated Powder Room
This powder room had some unique features including the original cast iron sink and built-in porcelain paper holder. The red paint and mismatched fixtures made the room feel smaller that it is. The owners were looking for a lighter feel that showed guests their fun side.
Fresh New Powder Room
One of our favorite transformations to date. Central Houston Handyman took care of every detail. With the small bath off the laundry room we matched the bead board and crown detailing. The original cast iron sink was reused, new bathroom were fixtures installed throughout, as well as owner provided wallcovering.
The Tired Fire
This fireplace was cracked from wood to stone. It was built in the 1950's and well loved. The owners wanted to preserve the original marble step and general look but refresh the materials.
Tired Fire No More
Central Houston Handyman nailed it from design to finish. This fireplace is modern and chic but preserved according to the home owners wishes. They were ecstatic.
Lonely Formal Dining Space
This formal dining space went unused. The home owners wanted to transform it into usable sitting space off the living room.
From Lonely to Cozy

Retro Hall Bath
This hall bathroom was stuck in the late 1950's. Upgrading the entire room was top on this client's list.

Rear Porch Upgrade
This rear porch and backyard had needed some love. The homeowner wanted to update this area and make it feel more open.
From Fishbowl to Fresh Air
Central Houston Handyman removed all of the broken glass panels and installed all new screens for bring fresh air and a bug free space. A new door and fresh paint was installed to bring life to the area.
